🙌🏼 For so long my tears were shed only out of anger or fear...now with age, wisdom and lots of therapy they are fully connected to, and flow from, the true range emotions! 🥹😭
Jessica, I love this so much. While I am quicker to well up now, I am happy that I have easier access to tears in both good times and bad.
I will add that there is a lot to shed tears over rn so let's give ourselves grace!
